For NYX it's best to size up. Measure add .5" or a little more for tight socks. If you have room in your Nyx, it's probably the same size in these.
Refunds + Swap policy
No Refunds unless shoe is defective.
We will try to accommodate all swap changes before we ship and up until one week after delivery. Please use our order help thread in VIP to initiate a size change prior to shipping.
To Swap:
Shoes must be unworn and be in original condition in order to swap sizes and sent back to Spellbound within one week of delivery.
